I had a small issue with my order and wasn’t sure if I was overthinking it or if it was actually something that needed sorting. I reached out to support anyway, and they got back to me quicker than I expected. There was a little back and forth, which made me wonder if I’d explained it properly, but they sorted it out in the end. Happy with how vesper247 handled it overall, no fuss or drama.

"Refund took longer than I expected"
I might be overthinking it, but the refund process felt way more annoying than it needed to be. It took quite a while to get my money back, and the support replies didn’t really clear things up much. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but overall it was frustrating.

"It works, but it’s not the smoothest site"
The website works fine overall, but it could be easier to use. I was able to find most of what I needed after clicking around for a bit, but the layout felt confusing at first, and then it kept feeling confusing in a few different spots. Some pages were a little slow too, not terrible, but slow enough that I noticed it more than once. Checkout worked and the info pages loaded okay, so it does get the job done. I just kept thinking the whole time that it could be clearer, smoother, and a lot less clunky to navigate.

I was frustrated because it took longer than I expected to get my complaint sorted. I was ready to be mad about it, but then suddenly they actually got it fixed and I was like, okay, fair enough. Not the fastest experience, but it worked out in the end

Support was actually nice and did get my issue sorted out, so credit where it’s due. The replies just took longer than I expected, because apparently patience is now part of the customer service package.

They got back to me in maybe an hour or two, and I only had to follow up once, if that. The answer was simple and clear, so the whole thing took around 5 minutes to sort out. No complaints from me.

My order showed up earlier than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The packaging could’ve been a little neater, but everything was there and the fast delivery definitely made up for it.

"Shipping updates could’ve been clearer"
My order did show up just fine, but the shipping updates were a little confusing. Some of the emails came later than expected, so I ended up checking the tracking myself a few times. Not a huge issue, if that makes sense, but it’s something that could definitely be improved.

It works fine most days, and I usually don’t have much to complain about!! But every now and then, it gets a little shaky or unstable, which can be kind of annoying... So yeah, overall it’s okay, just not perfect!!!

The payment did go through in the end, so that was a relief, but wow, it felt like I was waiting a lifetime for it to finish. I was basically staring at the screen like, “please don’t fail me now.” It worked, just way slower than I expected.

I ordered from vesper247.com and the delivery itself was fine, so I can’t really complain about that part. But when the product arrived, it just didn’t feel quite like what I thought I was buying.
The size and material seemed different from how the page described it, and the photos made it look a bit nicer too. Maybe I should’ve looked more closely or asked questions first, but I was still disappointed when I opened it.
I wouldn’t say it’s the worst site or anything, but I do think they need clearer descriptions. I’m not sure if I just expected too much, but I probably wouldn’t order again unless the details were more specific...

I had a tough time with the return process. It took way longer than I expected to get my refund, and I felt a bit pressured to keep following up just to make sure it didn’t get forgotten. Not the smoothest experience.

"Better packaging than most online shops"
I ordered from vesper247.com and overall the packaging was solid. The box showed up with a small dent on one side, but the item inside was totally fine and wrapped securely. I’ve had worse experiences with a few other sites lately where things were barely protected, so this was definitely a step up. Not absolutely perfect, but good enough that I’d give it 4 stars

I had to contact support after my purchase, it was alright. They did get back to me and eventually fixed the problem, which I appreciated, but it took more back-and-forth than I would’ve liked. From my side, it felt a bit slow, especially when I just wanted it sorted quickly. Not a terrible experience, but I definitely think it could’ve been smoother.

I’ll admit I wasn’t expecting much, since a bunch of other sites were out of what I needed, but Vesper 247 ended up having the items available. Ordering was straightforward, and I didn’t have to mess around waiting for restock emails. So yeah, I guess I’m happy with how it turned out
